Dubai-based developer, Danube Properties, announced today the launch of Bayz, the latest addition to its portfolio of affordable housing developments.
Planned for the Business Bay neighbourhood, the 29-storey project is valued at $122.5m (AED450m) and will comprise 456 apartment units offering views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal, among other landmarks.
In a statement, Danube said that the property will be equipped with a number of amenities, including a swimming pool, a health club, and a children’s play area that will also serve as a party hall.
Danube added that the units will range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with each apartment furnished with a modular kitchen, Spanish tiles, and a convertible sofa that would make way for a bed tucked into a wall.
According to the company, it intends to offer the lowest price in the Business Bay area, and will continue with its 1% payment plan, starting at $1,767 (AED6,490) per month.
Commenting on the new project, Rizwan Sajan, chairman and founder of Danube Group, said: “We are pleased to announce the launch of our latest project, Bayz. This is the first time we have chosen Business Bay as our location.
“Through the launch of this project, we aim to redefine the concept of affordable luxury housing in Dubai.”
