La Reserve Residences, a project located in the Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) free zone, was awarded Best Residential Medium to High-Rise Project (Future) at Cityscape Global Awards, held on 11 September, 2017.
Co-developed by the free zone and Swiss Property, a Dubai-based real estate developer, the project is due for completion in Q3 2019. It is under construction at Phase 2 of DHCC, in Al Jadaf, and overlooks the Dubai Water Canal, Dubai Creek, and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
In a statement, Swiss Property said that the judging panel evaluated the project’s architecture, completed by 10 Design, as well as the operational and commercial aspects of its development.
La Reserve Residences comprises 230 units in the form of simplex and duplex apartments.
According to Swiss Property, the project concept is centred on wellness and integrates the indoors and outdoors, either visually or through connected activity. It features open terraces, outdoor activity areas, and pedestrian trails, as well as running tracks, pools, gyms, and green spaces.
Commenting on the award, Karim Adi, chief executive officer and founder of Swiss Property, said, “In order to achieve favourable commercial outcomes, it is important to carefully evaluate what investors and buyers are looking for in their properties.
“With thorough research, we recognised a gap in wellness-based living communities and developed a unique concept with Dubai Healthcare City to offer residents a community in which healthy living is both possible and encouraged through state-of-the-art architecture and health facilities.
“We are very proud that our efforts have been recognized by Cityscape Global and are confident that our La Reserve Residences project will set new standards in the UAE real estate sector and beyond,” he added.
Cityscape Global 2017 opened on 11 September and is set to conclude later today.
