Millennium Resort Mussanah Oman has announced its partnership with Lobster Ink, a global hospitality learning platform, to offer hospitality training.
According to a press release, the partnership will have team members of the resort take a short online course offered by Lobster Ink to improve both their practical and theoretical knowledge of the hospitality service in order to offer unparalleled guest experience and deliver the highest level of service. Learners can immediately demonstrate and apply the skills and knowledge at their workplace.
The programme was initially rolled out with 13 courses and members of the hotel’s five departments had completed the training.
The curriculum combines the key skills every hospitality management professional should possess. The courses cover all aspects of hospitality such as food and beverage service, front office, health and safety standards introduction, and housekeeping.
