Low-cost airline Air Arabia will deploy SAP's SuccessFactors to manage HR functions.
The carrier will roll out the cloud-based human capital management solution to handle functions including core employee management functions, the payroll system, employee self-service, recruitment and onboarding, performance and goal management, learning management, manpower planning and many additional features.
